Planning applications relating to the development at Sandleford Park, south of Newbury

There are two parts to this hybrid application: The first part is an outline application for the whole of the "strategic allocated site" considering access only at this stage. The second part is a detailed proposal for residential development on part of the site.

This application seeks permission to develop part of the "strategic allocated site" only. It includes a detailed proposal for residential development on part of this particular site, and an outline proposal for a primary school on the remainder of this site.

This application seeks permission to develop part of the "strategic allocated site" only. It is an outline application only covering approximately two thirds of the Sandleford Strategic Site Allocation with access to be considered at this stage.  The application proposes residential development, an 80 bed care facility, a new 2 form entry primary school, a local centre and open space.   Two accesses onto Monks Lane are proposed to serve the site.
