West Berkshire Wellbeing is a specialist training service, and is part of the Public Health and Wellbeing Team at West Berkshire Council.

We exist to inform and empower people of all ages to improve their health, to live well.

All of our courses are based on current research evidence about what works to improve health. Our team of trainers and instructors are all experienced professionals working in West Berkshire Council as psychologists and Public Health professionals.
