Minerals and Waste Local Plan - Proposed Main Modifications
Details of the consultation on the Proposed Main Modifications to the Minerals and Waste Local Plan.
Following the publication of the 
Inspector's Post Hearings Note [59kb], the Council are now seeking comments on the Proposed Main Modifications to the Minerals and Waste Local Plan.
The consultation will run from Monday 23 May until 5pm on Wednesday 6 July 2022.
Comments directly relating to the appropriateness of the Proposed Main Modifications are invited. Please note that representations may only be made in relation to the Proposed Main Modifications and not on other parts of the MWLP. If you submitted representations on the Proposed Submission MWLP, the Inspector has already considered these during the examination and there is no need to make them again.
Comments can also be made on the updates to the SA/SEA (and relevant appendices) and on Examination Documents EXAM8 - 15 & 20 where relevant. In addition, the Habitats Regulation Assessment (HRA) has been updated in the light of Natural England advice on Nutrient Neutrality [460kb], received on 16 March 2022 and comments are also invited on this.

Additional Modifications
A number of additional modifications, regarding typos and factual changes, have also been made to the plan. These are not subject to consultation, but the schedule has been included for completeness and the changes are included in the Tracked Changes version of the plan.
