The Emerging Plan

We're currently in the process of creating a new Local Plan for minerals and waste planning policy that will replace the existing minerals and waste planning policies. We refer to the process of creating the new Local Plan as the "emerging plan". The programme for development of the new Local Plan is set out in the Local Development Scheme (LDS).
