Having Your Say About Health and Social Care

Local Healthwatch allows people to shape the development and delivery of health and social care services

Healthwatch West Berkshire acts as a consumer champion for health and social care.  It works to help people get the best out of their local health and social care services, and uses feedback from people to influence how those services are commissioned.  It gives a chance to have a say and influence and shape the way that local services are delivered and developed.

It works to benefit patients, people who use health and social care services, carers and the public by helping them to get the best out of existing services, helping the services to be more responsive to what people want and need, and improve the outcomes for those who use them.

To get involved, have your say and to provide your feedback, visit the Healthwatch West Berkshire website, or join in through Facebook and Twitter.
