What's On

Find out what's on in your local library

Throughout the year, we have a wide range of exciting activities for all ages and abilities, including regular rhymetimes and storytimes, art and craft sessions, language cafes and LEGO and Code Clubs, as well as family history and IT help sessions, occasional talks and other special events.

Unfortunately, we are still unable to run some of these in libraries because of the need to maintain social distancing and follow guidelines to reduce the spread of COVID. However, many group sessions are now resuming - please check in your local library to see what is currently available near you.

Don't forget that many of our activities are also available online. Search for West Berkshire Libraries on YouTube to find some of them and follow WBerksLibraries on social media to keep up with our latest news about what's on.

We run a number of library bookgroups. These are free to join and new members are always welcome. Please ask in your local library to find out what's available near you.

We can also help you to set up your own book group. Please visit your local library to register a group with us. You can then pdf icon borrow sets [307kb] of ten copies and pdf icon reserve sets online [1Mb]. Find details of all our current book group sets on the library catalogue.
