Learner Achievement Awards 2018

This year's Learner Achievement Awards were presented by Eddie 'the Eagle' Edwards on 8 June at Shaw House, Newbury.

Now in their 16th year these annual awards celebrated the achievement of adult learners, teachers and organisations across West Berkshire who have gained success in post 19 education and training over the last year.

The awards covered a wide range of learning opportunities available to adults across the district including professional, academic and vocational qualifications, apprenticeships, community development and leisure courses and family learning.

The Learner Achievement Awards are part of the national Festival of Learning and are organised by the Community Learning Team on behalf of the West Berkshire Community Learning Partnership and sponsored by Newbury College, West Berkshire Training Consortium and the Newbury Community Resource Centre.
