West Berkshire Council

Review of Polling Districts and Polling Places

West Berkshire Council is conducting a review of its Polling Districts and Places.

West Woodhay polling station

Issued on: 16 January 2019.

We are doing this to ensure our residents can vote in convenient and accessible places.

The Local Government Boundary Commission for England reviewed our ward boundaries, and from 2 May 2019 the district will be divided into 24 wards, represented by 43 Councillors.

As the areas covered by some of the wards have changed, we've had to change the polling districts too. This means that we've had to find other places to use as polling stations.

We'd therefore like your views on our proposed polling districts and places.

To take part in the consultation please visit: Polling Districts and Places.

The consultation is open until midnight on 11 February 2019.
