Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP)

Infrastructure required to support delivery of the Local Plan

The IDP contains details of the infrastructure identified by the council and other service providers to support the delivery of the Local Plan. It explains the approach we have taken to identifying this infrastructure, and how it will be delivered.

The IDP was first produced in 2010 to support the Core Strategy.

This document was then updated in 2013 to support the Community Infrastructure Levy

A further update was undertaken in April 2016 to support the Housing Site Allocations Development Plan Document

To support the draft emerging West Berkshire Local Plan Review to 2037 , an IDP Statement has been produced and will be published in early 2021.

The IDP is a 'living document' and will be updated at appropriate stages during the plan-making process.
