Do I need to attend my routine face-to-face appointments at the Job Centre?

Information about attending appointments at the Job Centre during the current coronavirus pandemic

People receiving benefits do not have to attend Job Centre appointments for at least 3 months, starting from Thursday 19 March 2020. The Understanding Universal Credit website will be updated with any future changes.

Job Centres remain open, and will continue to support people who are not able to use phones and online, including homeless people.
