Should I apply for benefits online?

Information about applying for benefits online during the current coronavirus pandemic

Please try to use online services before turning to the telephone for help with your benefit claim. From 24 March 2020, access to Jobcentres will only be for customers who have a booked appointment. See the gov.uk press release: Claimants are asked to apply online as jobcentres limit access
