Each year West Berkshire Council, is required by the government to collect information about its residents.

Annual Electoral Canvass brown envelope

The Electoral Registration Officer is required to canvass all residents in the district via a simple form sent to all households. This is to help ensure that the information we hold about each household on the electoral register is up-to-date. 

A brown envelope like in the picture below will be arriving soon. It is a legal requirement that you respond.
