Bus Lane Camera Enforcement

Bus Lane Camera Enforcement at Park Way Bridge, Newbury

Passage over the Park Way Bridge in Newbury is restricted to buses, taxis and pedal cycles only.
Any vehicle crossing the bridge other than a bus, taxi or pedal cycle is liable to incur a Penalty Charge Notice.

If you've been issued a Bus Lane Penalty Charge Notice, you can: 

A discounted amount of £30 will be accepted, if payment is made within 14 days of the Penalty Charge Notice being issued.  If you choose to appeal the ticket, even within 14 days, the discount payment rate of £30 is no longer available as the 'Notice to Owner' has already been issued. 
The appeal you submit is against the full amount of £60.

What happens if my appeal is rejected?

If your appeal is rejected by West Berkshire Council you are entitled to take your case to the Traffic Penalty Tribunal.
