Finding Funding for a Community Plan
Grants and funding to help implement a Community Plan
Parish Plan Grants
Parish Plan Grants are sums of money intended for small projects that are priorities within a published Community Plan.
If you've identified a project like this in your Community Plan, it could be eligible for a grant of up to £5,000 per year.

Other ways to get funding
- Greenham Common Trust distributes its funding through The Good Exchange website; you can read more about their terms and conditions, register and create your own application online
- Volunteer Centre West Berkshire supports the voluntary and community sector in West Berkshire by promoting opportunities; to receive free funding bulletins about new grant opportunities, email info@vcwb.org.uk
- Berkshire Community Foundation (BCF) distributes grants on behalf of other charitable organisations - you can apply for a grant online
- The Big Lottery Fund's Awards for All scheme may be of interest to community groups and includes a "Funding Finder" that can help identify local sources of funding
- Other national grant schemes are also available via Funding Central
- Raising funds through the West Berkshire Lottery. Once signed up and approved, you receive 50% of all ticket sales from supporters that sign up on your fundraising page. Funds are transferred into your bank account every month.
