Adult Social Care Advice
Helping you understand your social care options
- Our West Berkshire Directory has details of services, organisations and activities that support adults in West Berkshire to live independently.
- You can access our Help with Adult Social Care and Support information on our website - our online form offers advice on the resources available in your community to arrange your own support
- Alternatively, use our online Adult Social Care Enquiry form to request information and advice for yourself, or on behalf of someone else.
- If you'd prefer to talk to someone, please call our Contact Centre who will help you find the right locality team to deal with all adult social care enquiries and requests for help.
Adult Social Care want to support you through the sometimes difficult process of understanding what adult social care is available, and to keep you informed about the options you have. Our goal is to give you the advice and information you need to help you stay in your own home and be as independent as possible.
