Lambourn Junction
Lambourn Junction
Lambourn residents Anna, Helen and Julie, set up The Junction. Based at Memorial Hall in the heart of Lambourn, The Junction operates a 'no-questions asked' service, delivering free food & essentials to anybody who needs it. They have received a huge number of donations from Lambourn residents, businesses and the surrounding areas, working closely in partnership with West Berkshire Council, local foodbanks, and other essential services.

Not all services are operating in the way that they were before COVID-19, and the community has come together in an unprecedented way to close the gap. Anna and the rest of the team have faced a number of challenges whilst setting up the Lambourn which they have overcome, developing a local system to communicate information about the junction, collect and distribute items, maintaining social distancing guidelines when donating items, and disinfecting items on receipt.

The Junction is open Monday-Saturday, 11am-1pm. For more information, Please contact the team on 01488 505050, or Email: lambourn.junction@gmail.com for further information.
