Mobile Library and At Home Service

Mobile stops and times, and housebound and residential homes services

SERVICE CHANGES: our Mobile Library will not be running on the following dates due to staff shortages: 5th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 15th, 17th, 18th and 24th February and 8th, 9th and 18th March. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

The service from our Mobile Library is currently limited to book collections by prior arrangement. Please telephone 01635 519827 to reserve your books or use our Order & Collect service. In order to meet government guidelines we can take book returns also, but we are unable to offer public access to the van for browsing stock.

For full details of all our Mobile Library stops, dates and times, please see our timetables forpdf icon September 2020-March 2021 [1Mb] or check our online map to find the stop nearest to you.

Our At Home service is also running and may be able to deliver books to you if you are unable to get to us. If you are housebound, we can arrange doorstep deliveries to your home every few weeks with a small selection of library items. There is no charge for this service, except when you request a book not held in any West Berkshire library.

Our pdf icon At Home Service leaflet [1Mb] has more information about this or ring 01635 519827 for details.
