Renewal of Vows and Naming Ceremonies

Naming ceremonies and renewing vows in West Berkshire

Renewal of Vows

This is a ceremony for couples who are already legally married to each other, who wish to reaffirm their commitment to each other by renewing their marriage vows.

You may feel it is an appropriate way to celebrate a special anniversary, or you may have been married abroad and wish to renew your vows in the presence of your family and friends who were unable to attend.

These ceremonies have no legal status and are not legally binding on anyone who takes part. The ceremony will be conducted by a celebrant, who will not be acting in an official capacity, even if they also work as a Registrar.

Whatever your requirements you can have a unique and personal ceremony that is written especially for you.

Naming Ceremonies

This is a ceremony to celebrate your child's birth and is a special way of welcoming them into the family. It is an opportunity for you as parents, along with friends and close relatives, to make promises to your child that you will provide them with love, support, reassurance and guidance throughout their lives.

Ceremonies are personal to you and can include readings, music and the giving of gifts.
