Public Access Computers

Using our computers, WiFi or printing in our libraries

Our libraries offer:

  • computers with internet access; they are free for library members to use but under 16s need permission from a parent or carer to use the internet
  • free WiFi access at Newbury, Hungerford, Thatcham and Pangbourne for library members
  • printing, which is charged-for; the cost for an A4-size page in black and white is 10p; colour is £1

To use any of our computers or our WiFi you must have your library membership card with you and know your PIN.

You're welcome to use the computers for up to two hours at a time, depending on availability. Please note that all computers shut down 15 minutes before library closing times.

During busy periods (such as school holidays), it's advisable to book ahead.
Phone, or drop in to, your local library to arrange a booking up to one week in advance.
