  • If you'd prefer to talk to someone, please contact our Contact Centre who will help you find the right locality team to deal with all adult social care enquiries and requests for help.

Adult Social Care want to support you through the sometimes difficult process of understanding what adult social care is available, and to keep you informed about the options you have.  Our goal is to give you the advice and information you need to help you stay in your own home and be as independent as possible.
